Suzanne Goodall
Director
Suzie began her career as a Registered Nurse before becoming a Sports Injury Nurse and Titled Sports Physiotherapist. Suzie founded Powerhouse Physiotherapy in 2005 and now specialises in injury prevention and athlete rehabilitation. Suzie is the trusted physio for many local, national and international sporting teams and is currently working with the Australian men's hockey team (the Kookaburras), as they continue their journey towards the Olympics in 2020.

Brandon Hardwicke

After a short stint working in Melbourne, Brandon has moved home to the capital to continue his career, and build on his experience on the sports field. Focusing on ensuring the best outcome for all of his clients, Brandon has a keen interest in working with sports, especially softball and AFL.

Matthew Rodgers

Matt moved across to the world of physiotherapy after kick-starting his career in the Fitness industry. Matt’s background in basketball (ABA League), distance running (including the New York Marathon), rugby league, union & AFL make him a great fit for amateur and professional athletes. With a strong focus on evidence-based practice, Matt specialises in promoting health, rehabilitation, pre-hab and he employs a wide range of treatments to ensure his clients perform at their best.

Caitlin Howard
Physiotherapist
After initially pursuing a career in financial mathematics, Caitlin decided that physiotherapy was better suited to her personality. Caitlin is dedicated to helping patients regain confidence and has particular interests in sports injury rehabilitation and tendon pain. Caitlin is also the physiotherapist for the Eastlake Football Club women’s team which suits her passions for AFL and women’s sport. In her spare time Caitlin enjoys horse riding, hiking and surfing.

Mitch Barbara
Physiotherapist
After a second ACL reconstruction Mitch decided to transition into physiotherapy practice to help others with rehabilitation of their injuries. Mitch has particular interests in sports physiotherapy and injuries of the shoulder, hip, and knee. He is also an avid sports fan and follows many sports, in particular; weightlifting, rugby league, baseball, ice hockey, American football, and basketball. Mitch strives for the best outcome for all clients, regardless of their level of activity, using evidence-based approaches with a strong emphasis on exercise rehabilitation.

Terry Leahy
soft tissue therapist
Terry moved from a career in the public service to a gym manager role before he transitioned to personal training, then sports training and soft tissue therapy. Terry has worked privately as a soft tissue therapist and with several organisations as a soft tissue therapist and sports trainer. His sporting experience includes work with teams from ACT touch football, Ainslie and ACTAFL, Canberra Junior Raiders and other sporting organisations.

Tony Bond

Tony decided to move into private practice after 24 years at the AIS as a soft tissue therapist. He has been to 5 Commonwealth games, and has been selected to work at the 2021 Olympics for the 7th time in a row! As a previous AIS scholarship holder in athletics, Tony knows the importance of a regular treatment regime. Tony is a great lover of the outdoors and continues to challenge himself with competing on the National Circuit with adventure racing and 24 hour mountain biking.
